About Me
Hi, I’m Stacey, a Geelong based Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). I hold a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University and have over 9 years of clinical experience at both major metropolitan hospitals and regional health centres.
I have undertaken further training in the management of IBS and gut health and am Monash FODMAP certified. I also have extensive experience in chronic disease management, including both dietary and surgical weight loss, diabetes and cardiovascular health.
My goal is to support YOU in your health journey. To bring nutrition back to basics and empower you with the knowledge to fuel your body. As a mum of two young children, I understand that life can be busy and there are many factors that impact both the way we eat and our health status. My approach is non judgemental with an emphasis on family friendly, time efficient and sustainable strategies.
